Introduction:
Somervilleis a third person sci-fi adventure. It includes some light platforming and physics based puzzles as you attempt to reunite with your family during an alien invasion. Along the way, you begin to unravel the mystery of the aliens and the humans technological advances. Inspired by Limbo and Inside, Somervilleis a must for fans of those games and that style.
Abbreviated Walkthrough:
You'll want to playthrough Somervilleunlocking most achievements along the way and finding the alien creatures for First Contact (200G); however, it isn't a big deal if you miss anything. The game features Chapter Select so you can always back track for anything missed. Additionally, you'll need to replay the final chapter multiple times to complete each ending, unlocking Resignation Reprise (100G), War of the worlds (100G), Family First (100G), and Understanding (200G).
Mop-Up:
As mentioned above, you'll want to use Chapter Select to back track for any achievements, alien creatures or endings you didn't complete in your first playthrough. Otherwise, this completion is pretty straighforward.
Conclusion:
Somervilleis a great addition to the genre and though the puzzles are simplistic, the mystery and intrigue of the world makes up for it. There aren't any branching paths, outside of the various endings, which are all up for your own interpretation. It is an easy recommendations for fans of the genre and a pretty simple 1000!

- Stuck on the John

Find somewhere quiet to hide.
This is completed in Chapter 5 Checkpoint 3. Through the campground eventually you will be chased by a purple light. You'll need to head into the waterway to avoid the light. Continue forward and after climbing the car, hide inside the porta john until the purple light leaves.
- World's best dad

Clean up after your kid.
This is completed in Chapter 2 Checkpoint 1. As the child, grab your night light from the front room then return to the bags in front of the kitchen. Use the box to jump into the kitchen then open the two drawers. Climb up and open the window. Immediately after as the dad, enter the kitchen and close the window and drawers.
- Weary traveller

Take a short rest.
This is completed in Chapter 4 Checkpoint 6. After crawling through the hole, continue through the gate and up the hill. Before heading down the other end, walk into the bench to sit down. You'll be locked in for a short cinematic scene.
- Kind of Blue

Jazz up the stage lighting.
This is completed in Chapter 5 Checkpoint 5. Use the lights on strings to clear the path forward, including the path at the top of the ladder. Then climb up and continue forward until you climb another ladder. At the top of the second ladder flip the switch to turn on the stage lights. While holding the switch, activate your ability to make the lights blue.

Make some new friends.
There are ten hidden locations where the small ball shaped alien's hide throughout the game. You'll need to find all ten locations. Remember you can use Chapter Select to backtrack for any of these.

This is completed in Chapter 5 Checkpoint 1. After jumping from the freeway, you'll notice that your dog isn't following. Continue forward to the first lit up lamp then turn around and return to the drop from the freeway. Your dog will be gone and taking the long way around.

Resignation
This is one of five possible endings to the game; however, this is more of a fake out. In Chapter 13 Checkpoint 3 you will come across your family on the couch. The are fake; however, you can choose to sit with them by walking into the couch. This will begin a short cinematic and return you to the start of this checkpoint.

This is one of five possible endings to the game. In Chapter 14 Checkpoint 1 you will join hands with a circle of people in front of the aliens. Use your powers to mimic the colors that the aliens show, like a game of simon says. At the end, your house will appear. Walk inside to finish the game.

This is one of five possible endings to the game. In Chapter 14 Checkpoint 1 you will join hands with a circle of people in front of the aliens. Instead of mimicing the colors the aliens show hold&and continue holding until there is an explosion and the game ends.

- Family First

Family First
This is one of five possible endings to the game. In Chapter 14 Checkpoint 1 you will join hands with a circle of people in front of the aliens. Use your powers to mimic the colors that the aliens show for the first two sequences. For the third sequence press,,to use your blue power three times.
An orb will now appear with your family trapped inside. Use the console to the left with your blue power to break it. Then the console to the right with your red power. Finally, use both powers at the same time on the final console to free your family and end the game.

This is one of five possible endings to the game. In Chapter 14 Checkpoint 1 you will join hands with a circle of people in front of the aliens. Use your powers in the following order:
