How do I contact Massachusetts employee self service? ›

The link to Employee Self Service has not changed. Visit https://www.mass.gov/employee-self-service to login and record your time. If your agency is supported by the MassHR Employee Service Center (ESC) and you need assistance using the system, contact the ESC at 617-979-8500. TTY 617-248-0546.

Overtime:

37.5 hours – 40 hours: Overtime Straight (OTS) 40+ hours: Overtime Premium (OTP) *For Overtime, you will enter in the hour for hour amount in the quantity field as either OTS or OTP as applicable. Example: A 37.50-hour employee works 44 hours and requests overtime.
