    This is another loose opinion masquerade as 'insight' so characteristic to LinkedIn posts. 'They are not the local Native Bengalureans aged above 40.Their main target customers are Non-native Bengalureans who have migrated from other states'If you take a walk in Indiranagar, Whitefield, Koramangala or pretty much any locality in Bangalore, you'll find most cafe service with almost exactly the same philosophy. This is not unique to Rameshwaram Cafe. 'migrated from other states, habituated to eating more of Ghee and oily food than Native Bengalureans' As a non-native Bangalorean, who have friends amongst natives and non-natives alike, I think this is a completely baseless assumption. Before you accuse me of small sample set, do you have data supporting this? I suggest you spend an hour in Rameshwaram cafe. Also spend sometime in Malleshwaram in CTR or KTR and see the amount of Ghee in the Dosa. Moral of the story, Research and the Opine and Write your opinion as opinion, not as a matter of fact. Then it will be a more fruitful discussion. But if likes is your target, you have achieved it!
